PoliciesDeposit & Booking
_{A deposit is required to begin all design projects:}_{Flat-rate projects under $100 require a $25 deposit}_{Projects $100 and above require 30% of the total project price
Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total project cost. Appointments or projects are only confirmed once the deposit is received.}Hourly Projects
_{Hourly design work is billed at $20/hour with a one-hour minimum. The one-hour deposit covers projects that take less than one hour. If the project exceeds one hour, the remaining balance is due prior to delivery of final files.}Payment & File Delivery
_{Deposits and remaining balances can be paid via PayPal using the provided link. Final design files (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.) will only be delivered once payment is complete.}Cancellations & Changes
_{Deposits secure the time reserved for your project and are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or changes made outside of this notice period.}Scheduling with Calendly
_{Once your deposit is received, you will be given access to the Calendly scheduler to book your appointment or project time. No scheduling is allowed without a confirmed deposit.}
